About Barley
Barley (also called Jau in Hindi) is a cereal grain with a chewy texture and mild, nutty flavor. It is one of the first grains to have been farmed by ancient civilizations and grows in diverse climates throughout the world.
It is a versatile grain that can be substituted for any other whole grain in salads, side dishes and soups.
