Returns & Cancellations
All orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the pin code. Delivery is free on all products. Items will be delivered by our riders or trusted courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Earthen Story with the tracking details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for orders will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed, whichever comes first. Please email us at Contact@earthenstory.com for any cancellation requests.
Returns and Refund Policy
Please note: Any item purchased on sale is not returnable or exchangeable.
We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you enjoy them as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any purchase from our website, please contact us within 7 days of the shipment delivery date at Contact@earthenstory.com for a replacement or a 100% refund on the purchase price.
Please make sure to include the following details:
- Your name and the date of purchase.
- The items you would like to return or refund.
- The reason for the return.
Important Notes:
- All brewing equipment can only be refunded if returned in new and unused condition.
- Refunds for subscription purchases will be prorated based on the number of shipments remaining.
- Refunds are initiated within 7 days of notification. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction and will appear in your account within 8-9 working days.
