We ship across India. Shipping timelines and charges are displayed at checkout and are subject to your location and the delivery partner's terms.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹799.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@earthenstory.com and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
• Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
