Remote locations: Delivery to certain remote areas including parts of the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep may take longer and could attract additional charges. These will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order right away.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Payment issues: If there is a problem with your payment that requires resolution, processing may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier partner's website using your tracking number.
  • If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Tip: Add contact@earthenstory.com to your contacts to ensure our emails don't land in spam.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts at your address. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

  • If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again on the next business day.
  • After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Important: Please do not accept a package if the outer seal is broken or tampered with at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately with photos in such cases.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us at contact@earthenstory.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos or a short video.
  • We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We recommend recording a short unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us resolve transit damage claims quickly and without any delay.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, certain situations can cause delays that are outside our control:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays or regional disruptions
  • High order volumes during festive seasons
  • Carrier-side operational delays

If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you proactively and provide an updated estimated delivery date. You can also reach out to us at any time for a status update.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please write to us at contact@earthenstory.com with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and update you within 1–2 business days.
