Why Add Seeds to Your Daily Diet?

Adding seeds to your daily diet is one of the simplest ways to meaningfully increase your intake of essential fatty acids, plant-based protein, dietary fibre and trace minerals without significantly changing how you cook or eat. The challenge is finding seeds that are genuinely raw, untreated and free from chemical residues.

Most commercially available seeds are roasted, salted or treated with fumigants. Roasting changes the fragile fatty acid structure and reduces the omega-3 content. We sell all our seeds raw and untreated, with no roasting, no salt and no added oil.

The Seed Collection

  • Chia Seeds: Among the highest plant sources of ALA omega-3 fatty acids. They form a gel that slows digestion and supports regularity.
  • Flax Seeds (Alsi): Rich in ALA omega-3 and lignans for hormonal balance. Best consumed lightly ground.
  • Pumpkin Seeds: One of the best plant sources of zinc and magnesium.
  • Sunflower Seeds: Exceptionally rich in Vitamin E.
  • Basil Seeds (Sabja): A traditional Indian summer ingredient that forms a cooling gel for lassi and sherbets.

We also include organic quinoa in this collection - a complete protein grain containing all nine essential amino acids and naturally gluten-free.

All seeds are certified organic and lab-tested for 270+ pesticide residues.

How to Use Seeds Daily

Mix a tablespoon into morning curd or overnight oats. Flax seeds are best ground fresh for roti dough or smoothies. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are perfect snacks or salad toppers. For practical daily formats, try our chia breakfast parfait, our baked flaxseed crackers, or our pumpkin seed sesame chikki.
