Earthen Story Yellow Mustard Oil is certified organic, cold-pressed (kachi ghani) from yellow mustard seeds without any heat or chemical solvents, preserving every nutrient, natural aroma, and the full complement of healthy fats exactly as nature intended. Yellow mustard oil has a milder, less pungent flavour than black mustard — ideal if you want the deep health benefits of mustard without an overpowering taste — while still delivering its characteristic warm aroma to curries, stir-fries, and tadka. It is naturally rich in omega-3, omega-6, MUFA, and PUFA, naturally cholesterol-free, and recommended in Ayurveda for its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Certified organic, lab-tested for 250+ pesticide residues, and free from argemone oil and adulterants.
