Subscribe and Save

Set up a subscription once and your staples arrive on a schedule you choose. Every repeat delivery is 5% to 7.5% off the store price, shown as a discount on the order, and you stay fully in control from your account.

How it works

  1. Choose "Subscribe" on the product page. Pick how often you want it: every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. Add it to your cart and check out as usual. Today's order is charged at the normal price.
  2. Set up autopay once. After payment, tap "Approve auto-delivery" (or use a card). Razorpay makes a Rs.1 authorisation charge, refunded automatically, and your autopay is ready. Without this step your order is a normal one-time purchase and nothing repeats.
  3. Deliveries come on their own. Before each delivery we email you the amount and date at least 24 hours in advance. The amount is then collected through your autopay and the order ships like any other.

What you save

  • Every 15 or 30 days: 7.5% off each repeat delivery
  • Every 45 or 60 days: 5% off each repeat delivery

The discount is a price cut on the order itself, not points: you see it as a "Subscriber 7.5% off" (or 5%) line on every repeat order and its confirmation email. Today's first order is at the normal store price. Repeat deliveries are priced at our current store price on the day, less your discount; if a price changes you will see the new amount in the notice before we collect anything. Like any order, repeat deliveries also earn the usual 2% back in Earthen Points.

You stay in control

From your account, under Subscriptions, you can at any time:

  • Change how often it comes, or how many packs
  • Add another product to the same delivery
  • Skip the next delivery, or pause and resume later
  • Update the delivery address
  • Cancel: this stops all future deliveries and removes the autopay from your UPI app or card immediately. No calls, no waiting period.

Cancelled recently and changed your mind? Your subscription can be reactivated from the same page for 60 days.

Good to know

  • Your bank or UPI app shows the autopay with a limit of Rs.15,000. That is the maximum any single delivery could be; you are only ever charged the actual amount notified to you.
  • If an item is out of stock on the day, we skip that delivery and do not charge you for it.
  • If a payment fails, we retry after a few days and let you know. Nothing ships until it is paid.
  • Subscription deliveries are regular orders: they count towards free shipping, and baskets of 3 or 5 items earn the same extra Earthen Points as any other order, on top of the subscriber discount.
