Subscribe and Save

Set up a subscription once and your staples arrive on a schedule you choose, with a discount on every repeat delivery. Today's order is charged at the normal price; the saving applies from the second delivery onwards.

How it works

  1. Choose "Subscribe and save" on the product page. Pick how often you want it: every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. Add it to your cart and check out as usual.
  2. Set up autopay once. After payment, tap "Set up UPI AutoPay" (or use a card). Razorpay makes a Rs.1 authorisation charge, refunded automatically, and your autopay is ready. Without this step, your order is a normal one-time purchase and nothing repeats.
  3. Deliveries come on their own. Before each delivery we email you the amount and date at least 24 hours in advance. The amount is then collected through your autopay and the order ships like any other.

What you save

  • Every 15 or 30 days: 5% off each repeat delivery
  • Every 45 or 60 days: 7.5% off each repeat delivery

Prices follow our current store prices at the time of each delivery, less your subscription discount. If a price changes, you will see the new amount in the notice before we collect anything.

You stay in control

From your account, under Subscriptions, you can at any time:

  • Change how often it comes, or how many packs
  • Add another product to the same delivery
  • Skip the next delivery, or pause and resume later
  • Update the delivery address
  • Cancel: this stops all future deliveries and removes the autopay from your UPI app or card immediately. No calls, no waiting period.

Cancelled recently and changed your mind? Your subscription can be reactivated from the same page for 60 days.

Good to know

  • Your bank or UPI app shows the autopay with a limit of Rs.15,000. That is the maximum any single delivery could be; you are only ever charged the actual amount notified to you.
  • If an item is out of stock on the day, we skip that delivery and do not charge you for it.
  • If a payment fails, we retry after a few days and let you know. Nothing ships until it is paid.
  • Subscription deliveries are regular orders: they count towards Earthen Points and free shipping like any other order.
